2. Hemp Products & Legal Compliance

Broken Antler Hemp Farm sells hemp-derived products intended solely for lawful purposes.

  • All products are derived from federally legal hemp as defined by the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill.

  • Our products contain less than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis at the time of production, as verified by third-party laboratory testing.

  • Products may contain THCa, which converts to delta-9 THC when heated. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws regarding possession and use of THCa products in your state or locality.

We make no representation that our products are legal in every state or jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to know and follow your local laws. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that we believe may violate applicable laws or shipping restrictions.

3. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims

All information provided on this website is for educational and informational purposes only.

  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.

  • Broken Antler Hemp Farm is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. Due to the nature of hemp products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellations

  • If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation and refund.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to brokenantlerhemp@gmail.com.

  • Orders can typically be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

8. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the use of hemp-derived products. You agree that Broken Antler Hemp Farm is not responsible for misuse of products or failure to follow applicable laws.
